White Bean and Pesto Pizza

14-inch prepared pizza dough or pre-baked pizza crust
1/2         cup purchased prepared pesto
1 1/2      cups cooked* or 1 can (15 oz.) white beans, drained
1             cup diced or shredded cooked chicken
1/2         cup (2 oz.) shredded mozzarella
1/2         cup pinen uts

*1/2 cup dry makes 1-1/2 cups cooked.

Preheat oven to 450ºF. If using pizza dough, bake for 5 minutes before proceeding with recipe.

Spread pizza crust with pesto. Spoon beans evenly over pizza. Top with chicken, mozzarella and  pinenuts. Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown and crispy. Makes 8 slices.
